Rice & Straw – no draw?

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and her British counterpart Jack Straw have made a surprise visit to Iraq to register growing impatience with months of squabbling that has blocked the formation of a new government.

The pair flew in secretly from Britain under tight security in a rainstorm for an unprecedented joint effort to move forward a political process that has dragged on since December's legislative elections.

Suggestion: Why don't Rice & Straw form a 'Government of the Willing' in Iraq???
